Hermann Allgaier has been a member of the management team at HARDER logistics since 2016.
In this role, he is responsible for Key Account Management and Human Resources. Prior to this, he had already served in a leadership position for two years at the integrated service provider. His primary responsibilities include the comprehensive management of complex industrial projects. Together with Marcello Danieli, who has been leading the company since 2003, Allgaier aims to strategically expand the growth segment of operational relocations.

The native of Immenstadt possesses extensive expertise in the fields of industrial technology, electrical engineering, and mechanical engineering. He acquired this knowledge during his long-standing roles, first at the technology company Voith and later at the service company Wisag. Since 2002, the state-certified electrical engineer has held the position of authorized officer for these companies, where he was fully responsible for multiple locations.

Danieli laid the foundation for his professional career by studying at the School of Business Administration in Friedrichshafen.
There, the state-certified business economist specialized in marketing, export, human resources, and finance.

He began his career in the field of special transports, operational relocations, and logistics special solutions by joining the freight forwarding company F. Stamm GmbH in Ulm. There, he gained experience in sales, key account management, and quality management. Later, he was promoted from authorized officer to a member of the management board of F. Stamm GmbH.

In 2003, Danieli became self-employed and took over three legally separate companies: HARDER Transporte GmbH, the international freight forwarder HARDER, and the furniture forwarder HARDER. The company name has remained unchanged to this day. However, the managing partner has completely restructured the company. The business areas now include operational and plant relocations, industrial installations, document management, site dismantling, special logistics solutions, storage, self-storage, as well as office and household moves. As part of the development and expansion of business fields, continuous investments are made in special vehicles and high-tech equipment.

In the summer of 2018, Danieli was appointed a board member of the Club of Industry, Ulm/Neu-Ulm. At the same time, he was also elected as a board member of the Regional Assembly of the IHK Schwaben. Since July 1, 2020, he has held the position of board spokesman for the Club of Industry. Danieli is also a member of the Lions Club Ulm.

Danieli is the 2018 award winner of the Werner Bonhoff Foundation. This prize honors entrepreneurial individuals who participate in the "Bureaucracy Therapy" project with a practical case.
