Industrial assembly
Orientation points for assembly
If a machine has to be dismantled, the rule of thumb is: the less disassembly, the less effort. Our services begin with planning the dismantling and end with commissioning at the new location, whether at the same plant, in a neighbouring town or on another continent.
We can rely on our own specialist staff and a wide range of professional equipment.

- 1. What there is to consider
When dismantling, it is advisable to create your own cable assignment plans. In the course of a machine's life cycle, there are usually changes that are not documented. In the case of computer-controlled machines, the data is backed up. In addition, so-called buffer batteries are replaced to ensure that the programs remain stored on the system.
A net and a double bottom should also be used in the mechanical area. First, the components are measured in relation to each other, then markings are attached to the frame, and finally the whole thing is documented with digital images.
- 2. Knowledge advantage through early involvement
The closer the relationship with the machine manufacturer, the better. Some service providers are already on site during the basic construction of a machine. They know the system from day one and therefore have a knowledge advantage when a relocation is due.
HARDER logistics has some of the aids manufactured to order, such as transport floors, traverses and special consoles on which the machines are moved.

Observe packaging regulations
National and international packaging regulations must be observed for overseas shipments. In addition to preserving the components, this also includes the addition of desiccants to protect the surfaces and contacts from corrosion.
