Relocating a production plant or even a factory is like open-heart surgery. After all, our customers earn their money with the production lines, machines and systems they contain. By deploying our own highly qualified personnel, we guarantee maximum safety. If necessary, we integrate the relevant manufacturer fitters. We co-operate throughout the entire project: from planning and execution to commissioning and production support for the systems, which can also be modified if necessary. In addition to transport experts, we bring mechatronics engineers, electrical engineers, master electricians, master mechanical engineers, master mechanics, plumbers and even engineers into the team. They also have expertise in all standard storage systems.
- 3. Customised packaging
Packaging is in a class of its own when it comes to relocating factories, production halls, plants and production facilities. This is because machine tools weighing several tonnes and complete production facilities rarely fit into standard packaging. We organise the production of individual transport protection such as frame racks. Naturally, we are familiar with the requirements of overseas packaging. We work according to internationally recognised quality standards - such as the IPPC.

And the planning itself? Depending on the project, preparations should ideally begin up to six months or a year before the relocation phase. The more detailed and carefully the individual relocation steps are thought through in theory, the smoother and faster the physical relocation of the business will go. The relocation itself then always works as well as the planning is executed and monitored.
